Soul to Sole Healing for the Triple Goddess- Reflexology for Maidens, Mothers and Crones

As we transition from maiden, mother to crone, our changing bodies and hormonal cycles allow us to connect to this beautiful journey of womanhood. Reflexology is based on the concept of a complete map of your body on the feet and ears. By working these areas we can ease imbalances, releasing tension and promoting energetic flow.

This two hour workshop will teach easy to learn, nurturing reflexology and pressure point techniques to open up and revitalise our life force (chi) and reproductive energy through the feet and outer ears. By working these areas we can ease imbalances and deeply relax and nourish the body and mind, releasing tension and promoting energetic flow. At times we are in the flow with this Goddess energy, at other times we might swim against that tide. Learning how to surf the waves and trust that healing answers are within, empowers us as women. You will learn skills to help various issues including fertility, menstruation imbalances, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause and more. Teenage girls and woman of all ages are encouraged to attend, to share and hear our stories and learn that the power to create healing change is within. No previous experience is necessary to attend. This is an opportunity to receive and give a nurturing session in a safe and respectful female space.
Please bring pillows, a large towel and eco friendly massage wax. Video camera use is encouraged to capture the techniques when Jackie demonstrates and handouts will be provided so you can continue to practice and gift these skills to other women. Become the change you wish to see in the world.
