Calm Mind/Free Spirit Morning Classes – Qigong
Learn beautiful relaxing, energising moving meditations to calm the mind and free the spirit. The moving and still meditations we will learn can help people to develop a natural sense of their internal energies as well as a deeper understanding and connection to the body, mind and heart.
Through this we can begin to understand how the choices we make daily affect our wellbeing, our energy levels and our connection to the whole.
Jay has trained though the Yuan Tze Center based in Wellington and has run and taught at numerous Qigong events around the country, including retreats, talks and workshops. He has over 15 years experience performing at birthdays, events and festivals. Currently he is teaching in Dunedin, where he also works as a magician.
