Cultivate your internal energies and the connection between heart and mind. Develop an internal dialogue with oneself; the how and why. When people become aware of these thoughts and begin to show them another way, we can access the deeper wisdom and understanding that we all have. We will look at how to enter into a calm meditative state and the benefits of understanding the mind.
Put simply, a lot of our lives run on habitual, often subconscious thoughts – these can be called patterns or our conditioning. These thoughts are often automatic and they can rule our lives to a considerable degree. Become aware of these thoughts and begin to show them another way, in particular accessing the deeper wisdom and understanding that we all have.
Jay has trained though the Yuan Tze Center based in Wellington and has run and taught at numerous Qigong events around the country, including retreats, talks and workshops. He has over 15 years experience performing at birthdays, events and festivals. Currently he is teaching in Dunedin, where he also works as a magician.
