Jeffrey Packard is a portrait and event photographer from Laguna Beach, California. He first discovered photography over 20 years ago, and has been exploring the world with a backpack and camera in hand for the last two and a half years. He believes that photography has the unique ability of showing the essence of a person or place, and strives to do that in every image he captures.
