Love Singing with Love!

Love Singing with Love!

Presenter: Georgia Duder-Wood

A dynamic and joyful approach to singing for self and with others.
Facilitated by highly skilled and experienced song leader and singer Georgia Duder-Wood, the premise is that everybody can improve their innate ability in song when we celebrate our love of song and singing in a safe space. Simple vocal and performance techniques are taught and easily applied to liberate voices, including for the more confident and experienced singer, where advanced technique can encourage improvisation, solo voice or harmony/sectional leadership. The focus is on re-framing beliefs to reclaim the basic human need and basic human right to sing, and the importance of this for and in community. All are welcome, from the beginner to the more advanced, all that is required is a willingness to be bold, beautiful and brave, and make some sound.

In this workshop Georgia will also teach simple chorus and chants for a couple of her ARIATHEA songs, and more confident attendees will be invited to join her mainstage, “gospel choir stylz”, and help lead the audience in powerful group song, where the energy between audience and performer can become true communion.
