Connect to the flow
We will start this session with 15 minutes of meditation to center and ground ourselves in preparation for our free flow asana practice.
This will be an opportunity to move inwards to practice the art of Pratyahara (sense withdrawal) allowing a deeper connection to the natural rhythm of the breath and organic movement of the body.
The level of this session will be general to advanced.
