Nia - Awareness of Movement by Bex Deva

niaExplore and play in the dance of Nia, a movement practice that teaches you the art of 'Dancing Through Life", feel more joy in your body as you connect to the 5 Sensations and 5 Stages of Movement while listening to Your body and moving to great music! A workshop exploring Sensing Stimulation, followed by a Nia class.

Bex Deva has danced for much of her life and is inspired by many and much. Bex has been sharing Nia locally and nationally for the last 4 years and loves the daily "dance of life" that its principles gift her.
