Anahata Yoga Retreat is an integral residential yoga retreat sharing Satyananda Yoga which is based on yoga as way of life. Join experienced teachers, who are trained in a 3 year Yoga studies program and spend siginificant time in India at the source of yoga. Satyananda Yoga draws on the ancient roots of yoga culture, whilst adpating to the modern needs of society.
Anahata (the heart centre) symbolises compassion, acceptance, universal love, selflessness and devotion. These qualities are central to the purpose of Anahata Yoga Retreat and inspire its attitudes and actions.
