The musical heart of the market area will be a place of fun, warmth and surprises. The Village Stage's pitch will have a powered stage with a couple of mics and speakers (not too loud) and be located in the food zone. It will host a great number of artists, singers, musicians, dancers, clowns and storytellers, all ready to lighten your day with their repartee.

The Village Stage will have it all. In fact, anything is to go on the stage, EVEN YOU!

That's right, if you have a musical instrument, a talent, or just a desire to perform, you can get involved. Join in and make this party even better!  Show the world what you love. Reach out while reaching in.

Soothe peoples lunches with sonorous tones, acoustically heal peoples dinner, blend your voices with the sounds of nature and create a place of warmth in everyone's hearts. Bring it out in the open and busk for your supper, (hat provided). Singer songwriters, maestros, musicians, dancers, magicians, anyone! Find a friend and jam! Book it up. We're ready for you! All festival particpants are welcome.

Sign up on the day, or tell us what you want to do in advance! Contact us here.

With a schedule being added to daily, the Village Stage will be a relaxed, fun and inspiring space. It will also be the hub of the kids activities during Luminate, so keep an eye out, as performers for the little ones (and the little ones at heart) take to the stage with their own exuberant energies.

Musical Village Stage please note: all songs must be original and your own - ie you must have the right to perform them. No exceptions sorry.

See you there!
