Carmen Salvador is an independent songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Chile with 17 years of experience in the music field, including professional piano studies in Chile´s most prestigious Jazz Music School. The honest quest for freedom, love and healing is captured in her music, and added to years of studying and experience result in passionate and solid performances both live and in the studio.
Carmen´s music is easy listening and pop, and yet totally fresh due to its fusion with south american rhythms and instruments including piano, vocals, charango and guitar.
The “charango” is a 10 string south american instrument with a bright and full sound, and she will be accompanied by guitarist Sol Gutierrez, offering a dynamic show with a unique latin-american flavour.

"I had a great time on 2010, I share the earthfriendly view that the festival offers and I saw that everything about the festival was  consistent with this in a manner that I haven´t seen before or since in any other event. I felt that the overall energy of the festival was of celebration but very tranquil, I like that there is no alcohol on site. I have good friends that attent the festival and there´s a general friendly and family atmosphere.

Regarding my experience performing, I was  treated with much love and professionalism by everyone involved, including the stage hostess and the sound team. Everything was  done quickly and properly and on time. The audience was lovely and they gave my work much attention, they responded beautifully, dancing and participating. "
